As a senior government leader in the Department of Defense, had oversight for the entire Navy and Marine Corps Reserve Components, a multi-billion dollar program employing a large and culturally diversified constituency. Adaptable: During my tour as a senior leader in the Department of Defense, honed ability to rapidly assimilate and apply substantive knowledge and the nuances inherent in a complex and multi-faceted organization.
